Select one of the disable options, as you prefer: Disable for 10 minutes. Avast is going to get this sorted out pretty soon. Locate the Avast icon on the taskbar and right-click on it. I'd recommend switching the cyber capture setting back after playing. When you try to run Rift, you will get an Avast pop-up asking if you want to run this file.
